Job Responsibility
General filing and records maintenance
Execute day-to-day human resources functions include employee recruitment, scheduling, C&B administration, internal relations and employee training
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Answering / screening telephone calls. Preparing / editing presentations
Provide full spectrum of administrative support for the office including office supplies procurement, payment process, travel arrangement etc
Office lease management and relocation of office
Ordering and controlling of office suppliers and stationery
And other general administrative tasks
Job Requirements
At least 1 year sales experience in HR and Administration.
Degree or diploma in Administration.
Good command of Bahasa and Mandarin. English is a plus
Have strong dedication to work, dare to challenge
Familiar with MS Office
Prioritizing, time management skills
