Job Responsibility
  • General filing and records maintenance
  • Execute day-to-day human resources functions include employee recruitment, scheduling, C&B administration, internal relations and employee training
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Answering / screening telephone calls. Preparing / editing presentations
  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support for the office including office supplies procurement, payment process, travel arrangement etc
  • Office lease management and relocation of office
  • Ordering and controlling of office suppliers and stationery
  • And other general administrative tasks
 
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year sales experience in HR and Administration.
  • Degree or diploma in Administration.
  • Good command of Bahasa and Mandarin. English is a plus
  • Have strong dedication to work, dare to challenge
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Prioritizing, time management skills
